From 2019 to 2021, while on temporary detail, he served as a special assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio. From 2014 to 2015, he served as a special assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. From 2012 to 2013, he was an associate attorney at Michael B. Schulman & Associates PC in New York. Judge Dinh is a member of the New York State Bar.
