From 2008 to 2009, he was an assistant chief counsel with ICE, DHS, in Lumpkin, Georgia. From 2001 to 2008, he was an attorney with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in these locations: Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Benning, Georgia;and Tikrit, Iraq. Judge Fuller is a member of the Texas State Bar and the Kentucky Bar.
