Kalin Mittleider Ivany was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. From 2008 to 2009, she served as an attorney advisor at the Salt Lake City Immigration Court, entering on duty through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Judge Ivany is a member of the Colorado Bar.
