From 1998 to 2009, he was asupervising judge with the Housing Section, Circuit Court of Cook County. From 1995 to 1998,he was a judge with the Circuit Court of Cook County. From 1979 to 1995, he was a regionalcounsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Chicago. Judge Patti is a member ofthe Kansas Bar and the Illinois State Bar.
