Anita Van Mc Fadden was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in December 2021. From 1994 to 1999, she served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, City of Richmond. Judge Mc Fadden is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
