Kevin Terrill was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. From 2018 to 2023, he served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in San Antonio. From 2007 to 2018, he served as an assistant district attorney at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office in San Antonio. Judge Terrill is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
