Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Tanawa Lebreton as an Immigration Judge in October 2020. From 2017 to 2020, she was a practicegroup director with Inland Counties Legal Services, in Riverside, California. From 2010 to 2017,she was in private practice, in Temecula, California. From 2008 to 2009, she was a staff attorneywith Catholic Legal Services, in Miami. From 2006 to 2008, she was a legal trainee/extern with Capital Collateral Regional Counsel-South, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Judge Lebreton is amember of the Florida State Bar.
