From 2002 to 2003, she served as an assistant district counsel with the former Immigration and Naturalization Service, Department of Justice in New York. From 1997 to 2002, she was a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division in Brooklyn, New York. Judge Moore is a member of the New York State Bar.
